Admissions

If anyone wishes to enroll their child(ren), please print and fill out the forms below and bring it to the office along with the required documents.

Documents required to complete the registration:
  1. Signed registration form –  Admission Form 
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Up-to-date immunization record

Admission will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. If we are unable to accommodate your child, you may put your child’s name on the waiting list. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Madrassa Uniform

Boys: White Jalabiyah, White and plain head cover (Topi), Jalabiyah or the pants must not be below the ankles
Girls: Black Abaayah, Black Hijaab, Loose fitting clothes for girls 7 years and under
